Description
Wild rose oil is obtained through cold pressing of the fruits of the plant. Native to the south of Chile, it grows in the foothills of the Andes. The oil contains a high percentage of polyunsaturated fatty acids, which are alpha-linolenic acid (omega-3), linoleic acid (omega-6) and oleic acid (omega-9). It also consists of retinoic acid, tannins, flavonoids, vitamin C and beta-carotene. Therefore, it is known for its healing, regenerative and rejuvenating properties on the skin. Wild rose oil promotes elasticity and tightening of the skin, thus preventing water loss by providing hydration.
