USE

Wet the head of the toothbrush and apply toothpaste.
Put the toothbrush in your mouth and turn it on.
Guide the toothbrush head slowly from tooth to tooth.
Hold the toothbrush head in the same spot for a few seconds before moving on to the next tooth.
Brush the gums together with the teeth, first the outer, then the inner and finally the chewing surfaces.
