Tasectan is a medical device used to restore the normal function of the intestinal wall of children.
It is specially designed to control and reduce the symptoms associated with diarrhea of various etiologies, such as abdominal distention and frequent bowel movements. It is a preparation that shows all its effectiveness within 12 hours.
The gelatin-tannic acid complex of which the formulation is composed does not change in the stomach and acts as a mantle that protects the intestinal mucosa, reducing the frequency and duration of episodes of diarrhea.
Dosage
Recommended dosage:
Up to 6 sachets per day.
Instructions of use
Children under 3 years: 1 sachet every 6 hours until complete remission of symptoms.
Children from 3-14 years: 1-2 sachets every 6 hours until complete remission of symptoms.
Contraindications
Tasectan should not be used by children with a history of hypersensitivity to gelatine tannate.
