Health Aid Radiance Collagen is a supplement of hydrolyzed sea collagen type II in combination with vitamin C and zinc.
Collagen is a structural protein produced by the body to strengthen and repair connective tissue, skin and replenish its elasticity, which decreases over time. As a protein, it is made up of many peptides, the smaller the size of which is more easily absorbed and used by the body. This breakdown in peptides is called hydrolysis and collagen, hydrolyzed.
