Occasional constipation is one of the most frequent gastrointestinal complaints in the United States, particularly among women and the elderly. To address this, we offer a dose-adjustable nutritional solution for immediate relief from occasional constipation: Effervescent Vitamin C Magnesium Crystals.
Relief from occasional constipation
Lifestyle factors can contribute to occasional constipation, including low dietary fiber intake and lack of exercise. Stress also affects gut motility and can result in occasional constipation. Even disruption in daily routines can be a trigger.
Vitamin C is an antioxidant nutrient that helps protect against oxidative stress. Unabsorbed vitamin C acts as an osmotic agent, drawing water into the intestines and stimulating gut motility.
Magnesium is a cofactor in hundreds of enzymatic processes within cells, helps maintain healthy blood pressure levels already within normal range and more. Like vitamin C, unabsorbed magnesium has osmotic effects in the intestines.
Effervescent Vitamin C Magnesium Crystals doses can be adjusted for individual needs and used up to three times a week. Since it’s not a fiber, it never creates more fecal bulk than you can easily evacuate.
Suggested use
Read the entire label and follow the directions carefully prior to use.
Drink one (1) level teaspoon mixed in eight ounces of water, without food, followed by an additional eight ounces of water all at once, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Take up to three times per week.
