Recommended intake:
Take 10 g once a day (dosage spoon enclosed – one level dosage spoon corresponds to approx. 10 g).
To mix with 10 g Salusan Ortho collagen hydrolysate powder, use for example: 200 ml milk, cocoa or buttermilk, 150 g yoghurt, 150 g rice pudding, 1 glass of fruit juice, 150 g apple sauce, 1 bowl of soup or stew.
Note: With warm dishes, stir the Salusan Ortho collagen hydrolysate powder into the dish first (do not let it boil!).

Collagen hydrolysate (from beef), D-glucosamine sulfate-potassium chloride (from crustacean shells), chondroitin sulfate, ascorbic acid (vitamin C), cholecalciferol (vitamin D), manganese sulphate.
