The BCAA + L-Glutamine Powder is a powder drink with branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) and L-glutamine for athletes before or after training.

Instructions of use
Add one dose (11g) with the measuring cup to 250ml of water and shake well. 1 serving per day. Consume before or after training. It is used in the context of a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
