Power of Nature Sport Series Ultra Magnesium is a dietary supplement with 400 mg of magnesium per tablet. Thanks to its high content of magnesium, it covers the daily needs of the body in a single dose.
Magnesium is a key metal that is involved in many metabolic processes in the body. Our body is not able to produce it and therefore it is necessary to take it daily through diet. The highest percentage is found in blood and most of it is stored in the bones.

Contraindications
Magnesium intake should be avoided by people with kidney failure and neuromuscular diseases. Take at least 2 hours after antibiotic treatment, as it may affect the absorption of the antibiotic drug.
Side effects
The most common side effects of magnesium are diarrhea and upset stomach, most commonly in doses exceeding 1g per day.
