BioGaia Protectis & D3 drops contain the probiotic bacterium Lactobacilus reuteri Protectis, a natural lactobacillus that helps restore the balance of flora in the digestive system, in combination with Vitamin D to enhance the bone growth of infants and toddlers. L. reuteri is a probiotic which:*
- Isolated from breast milk

Dosage
Recommended dosage:
For the treatment of infantile colic: 5 drops once daily (containing 108 CFUs L.reuteri ProTectis®)
For gastrointestinal symptoms after antibiotics: 10 single drops (containing 2×108 CFUs L.reuteri ProTectis®) 1 hour after each antibiotic. Each vial is sufficient depending on the administration of antibiotics every 24 hours.
Instructions of use
Ideally taken before meals and at least 2 hours after antibiotics.

If the gastrointestinal disorders do not subside, it is advisable to consult your pediatrician.
