ZzzQuil Natura is a dietary supplement with melatonin, vitamin B6 and a combination of chamomile, lavender and valerian that helps reduce fatigue and tiredness and regulates sleep in a natural way.

Properties of the active ingredients
- Melatonin helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. It also helps relieve the symptoms of jet lag [Official health claims: European Food Safety Authority (EFSA)].
- Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous and immune systems, to normal psychological function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue [Official health claims: European Food Safety Authority (EFSA)].
- Valerian is traditionally used to relieve mild symptoms of mental stress and for sleep [Approval: European Union Committee for Herbal Medicinal Products-EMA/HMPC].
- Lavender can reduce levels of the stress hormone cortisol, helping to reduce stress and promote relaxation. In addition, it has been shown to help alleviate symptoms of depression, which are often associated with insomnia and tension.
- Chamomile, in turn, helps to improve the quality of sleep, making it deeper and more refreshing.
Dosage
1 gummie daily.
Instructions of use
Take 1 gummie 30 minutes before bedtime and sleep for at least 6 hours.
Contraindications
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to one or more of the ingredients.
