Pilfood Complex Hair and Nails is a dietary supplement containing a variety of vitamins, minerals & amino acids that are essential for the synthesis of the basic building block of hair – keratin. It helps, in general, to maintain the good health of hair, nails and skin.
The sulfur amino acids methionine and cystine are essential amino acids of keratin, a structural protein of hair and nails.
Biotin contributes to the normal condition of hair and skin *
Zinc contributes to the normal condition of hair, nails & skin *
Vitamin B2 contributes to the normal condition of the skin *
Copper contributes to the normal coloring of the skin and hair *
Vitamins B2 & E, manganese, copper and zinc help protect cells from oxidative stress *

Dosage
Recommended dosage:
2 tablets daily.
Instructions of use
Take for 3 to 6 months.
The whole tablets must be swallowed during meals with and adequate amount of liquid (water, fruit juices, etc).
Contraindications
Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose.
Do not administer to young children.
Contains the colorant Allura Red (E129) which may have an adverse effect over the activity and attention of children.
Cautions
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Store in a cool and dry place, in its original packaging.
